Located across the street from Rockefeller Center, this location was previously a discount store. A total of 15,000 SF of space over three levels was completely renovated. Notable challenges on this project included distributing 40 tons 

of air conditioning, coordinating installation of a new LU/LA lift, and providing structural bracing for a new entrance canopy.
